All applicants should submit a letter of application (see below) with a current résumé, names and contact information for two references
and a recent transcript. Applications will be accepted until 4 p.m. on the second Friday in April. Completed applications must be received by
this date to receive consideration. Awards will be announced in early May.


Letters of application should address the following:

1. Your experience working with primary source materials.

2. Positions and responsibilities you have had working in an archive, museum or similar repository.

3. What interests you most about an internship in Archives & Special Collections?

4. What experience do you expect to gain through this internship?

5. What specific skills would qualify you for this position?
