The complete range of academic subjects appearing in dissertations accepted at accredited institutions since 1861. Updated monthly. -
LLBA (Linguistics and Language Behavior Abstracts)
Provides indexing and abstracts for ca. 2,000 journals, 1973-present, with selective coverage of books, occasional papers, and dissertations. Covers theoretical linguistics, language acquisition, computational and mathematical linguistics, language therapy, and other language-related fields. -
PsycINFO
Contains citations and summaries of journal articles, book chapters, books, and technical reports, as well as citations to dissertations, all in the field of psychology and psychological aspects of related disciplines, such as medicine, psychiatry, nursing, sociology, education, pharmacology, physiology, linguistics, anthropology, business, and law. Journal coverage, spanning 1887 to the present, includes international material selected from more than 1,300 periodicals written in over 25 languages. Current chapter and book coverage includes worldwide English-language material published from 1987-present. Over 55,000 references are added annually through monthly updates. - ISI Web of Knowledge
ISI Web of Science is a multidisciplinary database of cited references (footnotes). It offers citation searching on authors and co-authors as well as keyword searching of abstracts and titles and other enhanced access to the following three databases:- Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-EXPANDED)--1994-present
The Science Citation Index indexes 5,300 major journals across 164 scientific disciplines, covering approximately 2,000 more journals than its SCI print and CD-ROM counterparts, with all cited references captured. -
Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI)--1994-present
The Social Sciences Citation Index indexes 1,700 journals spanning 50 disciplines, as well as covering individually selected, relevant items from over 3,300 of the world's leading scientific and technical journals. -
Arts & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI)--1994-present
Arts & Humanities Citation Index indexes 1,100 of the world's eading arts and humanities journals, as well as covering individually selected, relevant items from over 6,800 major science and social journals.
